This has been on my mind from the moment I saw the picture on Facebook - because of it simplicity, freshness and peace - I am talking of the original.
I did the sketch with an 'humble' ballpoint pen. Painted over it with a limited palette of Camlin colours. The focus was on keeping it simple and also try gouache and white, which I had not until this one.
This was painted over two days. For me, except on weekends, a day is about 45 minutes in the morning. Steaming cup of coffee, laptop, at the dining table and that is my world.
